LONG BENNINGTON FLOOD WATER SENSORS - On 18 May at the Village Hall, the Parish Council will be hosting a drop in session for residents to learn more about the alarm system and to allow residents to sign up to receive the alerts.  We are keen for as many residents as possible to be informed about the scheme and be aware of how it could assist them during potential flood events. The event is a great opportunity to discuss how the alarms work and the wider scheme across the county.  It will run between 6 and 8pm.

ADULT CPR AND DEFRILLATOR FREE TRAINING – On 19th May the Parish Council are hosting a free training session for up to 16 residents.  The training will take place in the main room at the Village Hall from 6.30pm until about 9.00pm.  The training is being provided by LeisureSK.  This will provide a useful refresher to those of us who had training some time ago as well as help those new to these vitally important life saving skills.  Please email the Parish Clerk on parishclerk@longbenningtonparishcouncil.org if you would like to attend.

THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING will take place on 11 May at the Village Hall.  All village groups and residents are welcome to join.  More details will be provided on the Villages social media and on posters in key village locations.

Following Parish Council meeting dates Monday 11th May (also Annual Parish Meeting) and Monday 1st June.

As always, if you have any issues or concerns you wish to raise with the Parish Council, please contact the Parish Clerk on 01400 282716 or email parishclerk@longbenningtonparishcouncil.org
